The Internet has boomed and so does credit card fraud. Thus, it is essential that
extra precautions are to be taken to reduce the chances of fraudulent transactions.
When using your credit card to purchase products through us it may be worth noting
the following strategies we have employed to ensure your credit card transaction is legitimate.
Automated Fraud Screening Routine
All orders are subjected to an automated fraud screening routine. This routine automatically examines each and every order placed.
Suspect orders are flagged and reviewed by a trained member of our loss prevention team. Orders can be canceled if they have indicative signs of fraud. All flagged orders are reviewed to ensure that only fraudulent orders are canceled.
Use of FREE Web Based Email
Statistics had shown that close to 100% of all fraudulent transactions are done using fake e-mail addresses provided by free web based email providers
(such as Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, etc.) At our site, we allow our customers to sign up us with a free web based email address. However, it will be treated with extra caution.
Verbal Confirmation
If the billing address and the shipping address differs, we will contact the credit card holder for a verbal confirmation.
Proof of Identification and Signature Upon Delivery
Customers will need to sign on the delivery documents upon receiving the products. As we'll be using Registered Post service, proof of identity and signature must
be shown on delivery. Packages WILL NOT be left unattended on door steps.
Large Orders
Large orders may be verified with the customer over the phone before the products are dispatched.
Capturing of Information
Customers' IP address are logged so that it is possible to trace you back to your location at the time the transaction took place.
